Last summer, a team of Artemis chefs travelled to Nice and along the Mediterranean coast in search of inspiration. Flavours of the French Riviera, a limited-time menu shaped by the sun-drenched coastline of Provence and the Côte d’Azur, is the result of that experience.
Available from 12 January to 12 February, this elegant three-course dinner captures the fresh and colourful sophistication of Mediterranean dining—elevated through the Artemis lens.
