Artemis Lo Hei – Yusheng Prosperity Platter

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with our signature Artemis Lo Hei, a refined take on the traditional Yusheng prosperity toss. Featuring sashimi-grade Hamachi, Hokkaido scallop, salmon, and Ikura caviar, the platter is presented with pickled wakame, red cabbage, carrot, daikon radish, sesame, peanut, and golden crackers, finished with a touch of gold leaf.
