Guest Chef Carlos of Esquina brings Spanish seafood fare to Artemis. Along with Chef Fernando Arevalo, they have teamed up to create a Spanish seaside-inspired gastronomic experience consisting of multiple choices of tapas, large plates, and desserts.

We’ll be expressing our appreciation for the Australian Kingfish by returning to a traditional way of cooking that respects our food sources, embracing a more sustainable way of living.
