One of the newer entrants to the city’s sky-high dining scene, Artemis Grill, which is perched on the 40th floor of the CapitaGreen building, serves Mediterranean cuisine made with seasonal, sustainable and organic produce. Artemis is unique for its free-range meats which are grilled over a wood-fired stove, which imbues the meats with a wonderful smokiness. One of their signatures is the Sanchoku Wagyu Striploin (350g) served with Bonnotte Potato, Crème Fraîche and Pink Peppercorns with Chianti and Wholegrain Mustard Reduction ($92). Be sure to pair your meal with some wine (glasses starts from $14) from their extensive wine list or head out to the bar area for some cocktails ($15 during happy hour) by the majestic olive tree.
