The SummerSop cocktail is Artemis Grill & Sky Bar’s homage to our island nation’s local flavours: Tanglin Gin – Singapore’s first locally distilled gin – soursop fruit puree, house-made sweet and sour mix, bubble tea tapioca pearls, and fresh soursop combine to create a fruity, refreshing sip. Snack on some bar bites like Spanish Chorizo and Chargrilled Shishito Peppers as you watch the fireworks light up the night. Happy Hour prices for drinks will be offered throughout the evening.
