Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has introduced a new segment titled ‘From The Grill’ showcasing different platters of meat, with evolving options every couple of weeks and subject to availability.
‘From the Grill’ segment begins with the Artemis Mixed Grill – which includes Black Angus Rib-Eye 500g, Iberico Pork Loin 400g, Half Rack of Lamb 400g (3-4pax) $258; Veal Chop – 600g (2pax) $145; Whole Rack of Australian Lamb – 800g, (2-3pax) $145; or F1 Wagyu Bone-in Ribeye ‘Côte de Boeuf’ 1.1kg (2-3pax) $198.
Each platter is served with generous side dishes.
