With views of the Marina Bay festivities, Artemis Grill & Sky Bar have created a new local-taste-inspired alcoholic cocktail to celebrate Singapore’s bicentennial National Day on 9th August 2019. The limited edition SummerSop will be available from Thursday 1st August, priced to match the extended Happy Hour at just $15 per cocktail.
Based with Tanglin Gin, Artemis aims to highlight Singapore’s first ever gin that is ‘Made in Singapore and inspired by every culture that defines the Lion City’.
Complementing the gin comes one of Singaporean’s favourites: Bubble Tea Tapioca Pearls, delivered with a twist. They have been infused with a slightly sweetened rose elixir to represent the red hue of Singapore’s national colours.
The Soursop pureed fruit is mixed with house-made sweet & sour and gently poured over crushed ice and Tapioca Pearls, garnished with fresh Soursop.
This results in a refreshing, fruity summer drink that is visually both white and red – a perfect way to enjoy the national Public Holiday.
Cocktails aside, Artemis Grill sits upon CapitaGreen’s 40th floor with unparalleled panoramic views of the superb Singapore skyline. The Sky Bar is one of the go-to venues to watch the National Day flyover and fireworks. Enjoy unbridled views from the rooftop and experience Friday’s celebratory activities as you sit comfortably in the Sky Bar’s lounge setting. One of Artemis’ resident DJ’s will be spinning all night long.
SummerSop will be available to enjoy restaurant-wide. Happy Hour prices to be offered throughout the evening in addition to Chef Oliver’s selection of Bar bites available a la carte. Bookings for National Day are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
