Artemis Introduces Specially Curated Menus for the Festive Season


True to its reputation for unforgettable dining experiences, Artemis is offering diners new dishes for the festive season. For the month of December, British Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has created festive specials such as grilled whole turbot with sauce vierge, crushed potatoes and basil, or Iberico Pork ‘Secreto’ served with cauliflower puree, marinated prunes and smoked shallots.
