Artemis Grill opens its doors on this special mothering Sunday – the only Sunday of the entire year in which you can dine at Singapore’s most popular rooftop restaurant and bar.
Where better to showcase your love and devotion to your mother, than taking her to the iconic 40th floor on Sunday 12 May. Celebrate Mother’s Day with panoramic views over Singapore and a special brunch (11.30am-2pm) and dinner (6pm-10pm) menu, crafted by Chef Oliver Hyde just for the occasion. Upon arrival, head to the pop-up Bloody Mary and Bellini Bar to receive a complimentary tipple of choice, just for the ladies of the table. Soak in the views over bubbly as you await your special 3-course brunch to be served.
At $88++ per person, savour the delights of British born Chef Ollie’s creations, including sharing platters for the table such as house-cured salmon tartare with crème fraiche, “Shakshuka” baked eggs with spicy tomato sauce and spring pea and fava bean crostini with ricotta and dill.
For the mains, tuck into hand rolled pasta with ricotta, harissa prawn tabbouleh with bulgur wheat salad, or Jamaican spiced tenderloin with tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad, to name but a few.
As for the desserts – it’s a sharing format, high-tea style. Sweet teeth will be treated to Tunisian orange cake with cream cheese, “Ferrero Roche” chocolate mousse and raspberry frangipane with pistachio cream.
There is also a tasty children’s menu for the little ones aged 11 and under at $28 per head, to ensure the entire family can show their love to mum. But it’s not just food on offer, there’s face painting, toys and children’s movies showing in a private room – to give mum a well-deserved break.
The dinner option is a limited a la carte menu and serving 5pm-8pm on mothering Sunday only.
