Artemis Grill, a sky-high dining concept in Singapore offering Mediterranean-inspired flavours, delivers a decadent three-course menu that Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has specifically designed for romantic diners this Valentine’s Day. Available 13th and 14th February for dinner, guests can woo their loved one overlooking the spectacular views of Marina Bay.
Guests will be first served a selection of starters that include Maine Lobster Tail with Maitake Mushrooms and Asparagus, Chorizo Agnolotti, Scallop Tartare with Avruga Caviar or Burrata with Poached Pear and Parma Ham. There are also option add-ons that include Irish Oysters and Oscietra Caviar.
