Sitting on CapitaGreen’s 40th floor, Artemis Grill & Sky Bar is offering a limited edition 3-course dinner menu ($98++ per person) to celebrate National Day. Guests can look forward to appetizers like creamy Burrata served with black figs & prosciutto di parma and Beef Tartare; Black Cod with Bouillabaisse and Confit Fennel & Leek, Iberico Pork Loin with pea purée and pancetta or Moroccan Lamb Chops with cauliflower saffron pilaf rice, to mention a few. Dessert lovers will love the Sticky Date Cake served with vanilla ice-cream, Chocolate & Coconut Rice Pudding with caramelized coconut sorbet or Apricot Tart with vanilla chantilly.
