Two options are available at Artemis Grill and Sky Bar this New Year’s Eve. Start the feasting early with the first seating at 5.30pm, or line your stomachs with a spread at 8.30pm before a night filled with tipples. Whet your appetite with starters such as the roasted Fremantle octopus and burrata, before tucking into main courses like slow roasted pumpkin and Iberico pork ‘Secreto’. Choices of sharing plates for both seatings include the hefty 1.1kg Bone-In Rib Eye “Cote de Beouf” served with chimichurri and violet mustard or the 400g grilled whole Turbot served with sauce veirge, crushed potatoes and basil.
